Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Period
The Water Health Membership costs $45 and remains active for six months beginning on the purchase date. The expiration date will appear on the member’s enrollment record or receipt.
2. Member Discount
The registered member receives 15% off eligible, regular-priced Water Health services during the active membership period.
The discount does not apply to products, herbs, equipment, delivery charges, taxes, insurance benefits, prepaid packages, promotional offers, gift cards, or services provided by independent practitioners, unless Water Health specifically states otherwise in writing.
The membership discount cannot be combined with another discount, promotional price, package price, or special offer.
3. Individual Membership
Membership benefits belong only to the person named on the membership account. The membership and its benefits cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or exchanged for cash.
4. Renewal
Membership does not renew automatically. Water Health may send a courtesy reminder before expiration. The customer must authorize and purchase a new six-month membership to continue receiving benefits.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A member may cancel the membership within three business days after the purchase date.
A full refund will be provided if the member has not used any membership benefit. If benefits have already been used, the refund will be reduced by the value of all discounts and other membership benefits received. The refund cannot exceed the amount originally paid.
After the three-business-day cancellation period, the membership fee is normally nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
To request cancellation, the member must contact Water Health Holistic Service Center in person or provide a written cancellation request containing the member’s name, contact information, purchase date, and request to cancel.
6. Services and Appointments
Membership does not guarantee the availability of a particular service, provider, appointment date, or appointment time. All appointments remain subject to Water Health’s scheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.
Cancellation of an appointment does not automatically cancel the membership. Cancellation of the membership does not cancel an existing appointment unless the member separately cancels that appointment.
7. Business Interruption
If Water Health cannot provide eligible services for a prolonged period, Water Health may extend the membership by the affected period or provide a proportional refund for the unused membership time, as appropriate.
8. Changes to Eligible Services
Water Health may update the list of eligible services when necessary to reflect service availability, provider participation, or operating costs. Changes will not shorten the active six-month membership period. Members may request the current list of eligible services before scheduling or purchasing a service.
This membership supports access to eligible wellness services. It is not health insurance and does not guarantee any medical or wellness result. These terms should be reviewed for compliance with applicable Texas law before the membership is launched.
